Fresh Peach Lush

First layer:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  1. Mix above ingredients and spread in 13 x 9 pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Second layer:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Mix and spread over cooled crust.

Third layer:

  • 3 cups sliced peaches
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
  1. Combine peaches, cornstarch and sugar.
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes – until thick.
  3. Remove from heat and add flavoring.
  4. Cool completely and spread over second layer.
  5. Top dessert with 8 oz. Cool Whip.
